These projected structures of the synthesized derivatives were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and EIMS spectral techniques. Moreover, the screening of derivatives against acetyl cholinesterase (AChE), butyryl cholinesterase (BChE) and lipoxygenase (LOX) enzymes rendered these molecules as potent inhibitors of cholinesterase enzymes, relative to Baicalein and Eserine, which were used as reference standard.
