Roni DeLuz and James Hester are back with another book that's guaranteed to become a dieting phenomenon. A POUND A DAY offers an expanded, simplified month-long program to cleanse your body, as well as a new plan for keeping it clean for the rest of your life. After publishing 21 POUNDS IN 21 DAYS, DeLuz and Hester have learned where detoxers need more support and have expanded those areas in their dieting plan. The new book offers recipes, meal plans, and tips for eating clean and healthy food. After spending time with readers following the plan in 21 POUNDS IN 21 DAYS, they realized that dieters needed more help transitioning from detoxing to changing their eating habits for the rest of their lives. A POUND A DAY speaks to these needs by moving from a plan for twenty-one days to a plan for a month, which is now followed by an outline for how to help dieters sustain the effects of the detox for the rest of their lives. A POUND A DAY will give dieters the tools they need to transform their lives from blah to radiant and then keep them that way. This isn't just a cleansing detox it's a jumpstart for a lifestyle change that will last forever.
