Jimmy Casas (@casas_ jimmy) served 22 years as a school leader, including 14 years as principal at Bettendorf High School in Bettendorf, Iowa. Under his leadership, Bettendorf was named one of the "Best High Schools" in the country three times by Newsweek and US News & World Report . Jimmy is the owner and CEO of J Casas & Associates, an educational leadership company aimed at organizing and providing world-class professional coaching and learning services for educators across the country. Onica L. Mayers (@O_ L_ Mayers) currently serves as a director for professional staffing and employee relations for human resources in the third largest school district in Texas. In her 22-year educational journey, she has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and elementary school principal for six years. She was recognized as the 2018 Elementary Principal of the Year and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Houston. Jeffrey Zoul (@Jeff_ Zoul) is a lifelong teacher, learner, and leader. During Jeff's distinguished career in education he has served in a variety of roles, most recently as assistant superintendent for teaching and learning with Deerfield Public Schools District 109 in Deerfield, Illinois. Jeff has been recognized as a local teacher of the year and as an outstanding principal in the State of Georgia. He also served as principal at a national School of Excellence in Illinois.
