He was a proponent of English writer Samuel Rowbotham who produced a pamphlet, under the pseudonym Parallax, called Zetetic Astronomy. This new edition, presented in large type for enhanced readability, also includes "Experiments proving the Earth to be a Plane" by Parallax.
