Autorenporträt
Rowena Shepherd is a senior curator with over fifteen years’ experience in the Heritage sector. A graduate of the Courtauld Institute, she specializes in working with collections housed in historic properties and in innovative ways of creating public engagement with objects in storage. She has worked with collections which range from the Neolithic to the nuclear age. In addition to current role as Senior Curator (Collections, South East) for English Heritage, Rowena advises ArtsArchitecture in the conception and brief writing stages of museum projects and also writes conservation plans and collections strategies. Dr. Rupert Shepherd is a writer specializing in art history. Since graduating from the Courtauld Institute he has written and contributed to a number of books.
