Gizatullina Gulgina Alimzhanovna was born in Almaty. In 1986 she graduated from the Faculty of History of Tomsk State University.In 1995 she entered the postgraduate course of Kazan State University and defended herself there.Now she works as the head of the department ¿Philosophy and Tolerance¿ of Taraz State University.
