Serguei Melnik is an accomplished entrepreneur, linguist, and world traveler. From the villages of Moldova, Serguei used his work ethic and passion for business to chase his dreams in the US. Obstacles and red tape have only fueled Serguei's grit and determination to see his work through to success. He builds companies up and restructures them for profitable and sustainable growth . From the first success in getting the credit for listing first Moldovan Company to the American Stock Exchange and ringing the Market Opening bell on November 4th, 2003 to the latest success of successfully listing Nutriband Inc., that he cofounded along with the company CEO Gareth Sheridan on January 4th, 2016 and successfully completed the IPO with the NASDAQ simultaneous listing on, Serguei guided the initiation of trading multiple companies to the over-the-counter markets in the U.S., and has provided general advice with respect to the U.S. financial markets for companies located in the U.S. and abroad. Serguei is currently the Director and Co-Founder of Nutriband Inc., a company dedicated to the development of a portfolio of transdermal pharmaceutical products to provide relief and care to chronic pain patients.In addition to his career successes, Serguei has hiked mountains throughout the world, including Mount Kilimanjaro in Summer 2022. His proudest accomplishment, however, is the family he created with wife Jazmina, and their two kids.
