He abandoned his Mexican hacienda for Miami and once there he despatched his son Carlos to school in New York. A video made of Carlos being seduced by his two school colleagues¿ mothers would have disastrous results. Lives and fortunes would alter when first, a Ruiz currency shipment, destined for Vienna, was found near Heathrow, London and second, in Mexico, the Belize drugs cartels were circulating to take over the Ruiz operations and financial assets.
