When Nicolae Ceau escu allowed the beautiful Romanian princess, Emma Frumoasa Luca, to migrate to America there was a dramatic decrease in his popularity. This event coupled with the fact that he was often mistake for Nicolae Teribil , Nicolae Luca, culminated in his overthrow and execution in the bloody Romanian Revolution of 1989.
