Turkey and all the other countries in the world have been surrounded by economic networks such as banks, insurance companies, leasing and factoring organizations and other financial organizations. These affiliated institutions' assets and trading volume realized in both public and private sectors have dominated growing economic system financially. Today, interdisciplinary studies have gained momentum since they bring all different academic fields of studies together. Dr. Alparslan UGUR was born in Konya - Turkey in 1981. He has obtained his PhD degree in public finance in 2013 from Manisa Celal Bayar University. Since then editor has worked in different projects in the field of Public Finance. He is a member of Kirikkale University and also is the head of Public Finance Department in the same university.
