Black Professionals in America's 2020: they thought having attained success in Education, Status, Income, and Material things were going to shield them from the implicit bias and racist practices that are endemic in America. Having experienced undiscriminating discrimination, these wealthy and well-educated African Americans have realized that the so-called American dream, was just a dream that was never intended for them to be realized. Also, the Non-Native Americans from Africa who were blinded by the disconnect with their new home, America found out that they were just as blacks as the American Natives who were descendants of Slaves: the non-natives and their children found out they were also treated according to the color of their skin; not the content of their character. The alliance formed between the groups led to the idea of being reawakened by the poor and maltreatment they experienced in their own country. As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Presidency of Donald Trump with his far-right white supremacists at the helm as well as the murder of George Floyd and other blacks in the hands of the Police, the racism and discriminatory practices against African Americans became more poignant. The idea of Experience Africa Group was formed to explore an alternative option for a group of African American Professionals to emigrate to Africa and start a new life void of color discrimination and abuse; to test a new life in Africa while contributing to the up-and-coming continent with vast natural and human resources. Win-win scenario experimentation was undertaken in the hope of benefitting both Africa and its children.
