Autorenporträt
Nathan Myhrvold is a photographer, founder of Modernist Cuisine, author of The Photography of Modernist Cuisine, and coauthor of Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking, Modernist Cuisine at Home, Modernist Bread, and Modernist Pizza. He was the first chief technology officer at Microsoft and is currently the cofounder and CEO of Intellectual Ventures. He holds a doctorate in theoretical and mathematical physics, along with two master's degrees, and earned a culinary diploma in France. His photography is on sale at Modernist Cuisine Gallery by Nathan Myhrvold.
