Autorenporträt
Geoffrey Spinks was educated in London and Scotland and became a dairy technologist in 1970. The following years were involved in consultancy, working in most of Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, America, and South Africa. Geoffrey was the founder and chairman of GR Spinks & Company Ltd, a fruit processing business based in the UK. He is a fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology. Since retirement in 2021, he has turned his attentions to painting, writing, and playing golf.
