Oliver James is a certified body-led psychotherapist, embodied exercise instructor, and a masseur with fourteen years of experience working in the world of health and wellbeing. He spends his time researching, experiencing, and teaching the limitless capacity of breath and breathwork in the south of England and in workshops and retreats around the world.
