Autorenporträt
Brian Runion is the creator webcomic The Claw of Knowledge, a thing he made while trying to do something else, and author of the book 25 Awesome Facts About the Coast Guard. You can find him online at clawofknowledge.com, on Facebook, Instagram, and Threads as @clawofknowledge, or by screaming 'The Claw of Knowledge' loudly at your mobile device. Brian grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where trees and mountains are appropriately-sized. He graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy 2-3 years before you got there, back when it was still tough. He received his Masters in Fancy Political Stuff from the University of Michigan, and now uses those advanced skills to make cartoons in PowerPoint. He hates coffee, water chestnuts, and writing 'About the Author' sections. He likes seaweed snacks, Zipfizz, and rain.
