Autorenporträt
David A. Malley grew up on the South Side of Columbus, Ohio, and went to South High. He came from a family of storytellers and always enjoyed hearing his parent's stories, and wanted to live a life worthy of storytelling. After graduating high school, he spent many years working his way through THE Ohio State University (as a waiter, sailing instructor, lifeguard, bouncer, and a couple of other odd jobs here and there). He eventually graduated with a degree in English. His restless mind and feet led him to Chicago, where he waited tables and eventually found his way into the film business as a production assistant. His itchy feet lead him to Los Angeles. He fell in love, got married, and started reproducing. This whole time stories about his childhood bounced around in his head and never left him. He told his stories and tried to write them as a script, but nothing seemed to get the stories out of his head. Now he is writing novels to quiet the voices in his head.
