Shahriâr Nafici was born in Iran in 1951. As a young boy, his family moved throughout Persia and Shahriâr, or 'the little dervish', as his family called him, also began a journey of study that would continue to this day - the journey of understanding the great mystics and Sufism with the intention of understanding all the holy books and living a life of truth.
