Lawrence Pointer (Pastor P.) is also founder and Director of The Teens of Praises, a worship team with teens ages 13-19 years of age. He is also founder and Co-Director of Weigh In For Life Teen Project, an afterschool program designed to help teen fight against child/teen obesity. In 2011 He began a Christian Club called Route 66 a young adult ministry entitled OverTheEdgeMinistries. Lawrence Pointer has a Diploma in Christian Ministry from North Park Theological Seminary in Illinois and will receive his Master Degree in 2013.
