Barry Young has been a pastor for 20 years and is married to his girlfriend, Kelly. He has served as the Small Groups Pastor at Water of Life Community Church, a life-giving church of 10,000 believers in Southern California. Most recently, he served as the Executive Pastor at New Life Church, a community-transforming church of 1,500 people in Oak Grove, Missouri. In addition, he serves his local community as a Law Enforcement Chaplain supporting first responders who serve and protect.Today Barry is the Vice-President of Operations/Church Security for Strategos International. Strategos is the largest provider of Church Security Training to churches throughout America. In addition, Strategos is a worldwide leader in tactical, emergency, and safety training. Also Barry is the head of Serving Pastors Ministries. The threefold goal of Serving Pastors is: -Speaking...Preaching and teaching the Gospel.-Small Groups...Training churches how to grow, win their communities, and disciple people through small groups.-Supporting...Every month 1,400 pastors leave the ministry.
