Marc J Palm is an Eisner Award nominated cartoonist who has been published by MAD Magazine, Fantagraphics Books and Adbusters magazine. The 31 Mutated Monsters was a challenge to create mutated creatures and post them on social media (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) daily throughout the month of October in 2021.
