This paper is explaining the geopolitics caused of millions of death in the most bloody war since Second World War associated with electronic companies enrichment, women's rape, child labor and looting of electronic devices minerals such as 3TGs (tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold) and presenting the appeal from UN, End DRC War platform with cooperative Miniere of BUUMA-COMIBU to United Nations (UN), Local and International stakeholders and the ICC (International Criminal Court) to assist in ending looting and war by April 2021 through dialogue and the development of artisanal mining from the creation of conflict mineral-free and social cooperate responsibility funds which aim to formalize jobs for 10 millions of diggers and re-integrate rebels, and for the International Criminal Court to establish a special Court of inquiries for crimes caused by Ex-regimes &private companies since 1996-2019.
