Synthesis of new several heterocyclic rings of 5-nitro-3-(4-tolylimino) indolin-2-one includes: 1,2,4-triazine-3-ol, 1,2,4-triazine-3-thione and 1,2-diazino. Synthesis of new heterocyclic rings of N-benzyl-3-(ethylimino acetate)-5-nitro indolin-2-one includes: 3-oxo-1,2,4-triazole and 3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazole. Study of possible application some of the prepared compounds includes: molecular docking study against Breast cancer (1ERR), antioxidant by using (DPPH) assay and evaluate breast cancer cell line (MCF-7) by using MTT assay.

Dr. Hala Ayad Mohamed Rasheed obtained M.Sc. degree in (Organic chemistry) in 2017 from University of Baghdad, College of Sciences, Department of Chemistry and also obtained Ph.D student degree in Organic chemistry in 2024 in the same place.He is working in College of pharmacy-Mustansiriyah University, Baghdad, Iraq.
