50 Brilliant PE Challenges Using Just a Hoop contains 50 exciting PE challenges using just a hoop! The book is aimed at busy primary school teachers, who are required to teach PE, but often don't have much knowledge of the subject. This easy-to-use resource will enable teachers to deliver outstanding PE lessons with maximum pupil participation, making them an ideal purchase for primary schools looking for ways to spend their PE and Sports Premium funding. This book contains a variety of individual, group and whole class activities, designed to develop skills, foster enjoyment and promote physical exercise. Every activity is difficulty-rated and contains handy tips and suggestions for further development, ensuring all children remain engaged and challenged according to their ability. They are laid out in an easy-to-follow format and complement the September 2014 National Curriculum for England Physical Education requirements. Why not also challenge your pupils with activities using just a beanbag, or tennis ball?

Autorenporträt
Whilst training to become a teacher Will Hussey occasionally hypnotised his friends in to thinking they were chickens. He's still very interested in understanding how people tick (but not so much in the chickens). Will practises his forward-thinking strategies with primary school pupils, and from time-to-time lectures in learning, communication and congruence - amongst other things. He recently decided to write down some of his ideas, and hopes you like them. Will has completed three London marathons and the Snowdonia marathon (just about). He's vowed "never again," again.
