This book, 50 Days to a Better Business, is Adam Chiocca's 4th book in this series. This book is comprised of Part One, and Part Two. In Part One, Adam shares the real estate and business secrets he is using to build his nationwide chain of urban dance studios, intended for Black and Brown girls/ young women of color, and underprivileged youth. He shares them in lay terms so that you too can form your own charity, non-profit, or small business. In Part Two of this book, Adam shares some revolutionary ideas for how corporate America can help revitalize some of America's poorest neighborhoods. Adam had some unique experiences in 2019, when he was on his first nationwide book tour, which gave him a new perspective on the plight of our Black and Brown communities. Adam writes with courage and honesty as he tackles some of our most important conversations on poverty, crime, drugs, and the myriad issues facing our poorest communities. At the time of this book's writing (2022), Adam is employed as a 7th Grade English Teacher with the Baltimore City Public Schools. Adam Chiocca was born in New York City, and was raised on Long Island, through age five, then grew up in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and Bedford, Massachusetts. He graduated from Bedford High School in 1995, and then went to Penn State University, graduating with a B.A. in Theatre Arts, in 2000. In 2009, he earned his first Master's degree from Northeastern University, and then in 2014, earned a second Master's from Northeastern. At the time of this book's publication, Mr. Chiocca is in his 17th year in the classroom, working as a 7th Grade English Teacher with the Baltimore City Public Schools. Adam and his wife, Maimuna, are the proud parents of two boys, Abe, and Aaron. Adam is now on a great mission to change the world, and so goes forth with faith, remembering that God and this Universe is about love, peace, and joy. In 2019, Adam wrote and published his 1st book, 50 Days to a Better Life, and enjoyed appearing on several TV morning talk shows, while on a 3-month nationwide book tour, through 30+ major American cities, starting from Boston, driving across America, to Los Angeles, and back. He was featured on NBC, ABC, and Fox affiliates in Memphis, Tennessee (ABC 24, WATN), Palm Springs, California (Palm Springs Today, KMIR NBC 6), Baton Rouge, Louisiana (WGMB Fox 44), Birmingham, Alabama (Good Day Alabama, WBRC Fox 6 News), and Augusta, Georgia (WJBF ABC Fox 6 News). Adam was also interviewed for a longer segment, at KABB Fox 29/ WOAI NBC 4, in San Antonio, Texas. In his 2nd book, 50 Days to a Better Investment, written and published in 2020, Adam courageously shared his vision for the company he's building. He has developed a grand plan to build 14 dance studios in 14 major American cities, so as to provide low-cost/ affordable youth dance team programs for young people of color, and underprivileged youth. In his 3rd book, 50 Days to a Better Mindset, written in 2021, Adam shares some of the secrets he learned for how one can think in better ways. Adam credits Wayne Dyer with saving his life. Back in 2018, Adam finally acknowledged he had a drinking problem, and had been suffering from anxiety and depression, for about 10 years. The tears and the pain were powerful, and yet, through the teachings of Wayne Dyer, Adam was able to discover his soul. One of the greatest lessons he learned is that we are not humans having temporary spiritual experiences. No, we are divine, birthless, deathless spiritual beings having temporary human experiences. Realizing the spirit within, that soul, was paramount in Adam's recovery from alcoholism, and helped him to leave the anxiety and depression in the past. Adam realized he could help others to change their lives, and so then wrote the rough draft to his first book, in about two weeks. The words poured out over the next few months, as Adam realized that Wayne Dyer was also right about co-creation. God, and the Universe, are active participants in what we create. Adam practices meditation, and credits meditation with being central to his recovery. From the depths of despair, Adam learned what you should do with your life, if you really want to be happy, and that is to simply give it away. Being in service to others, Adam learned, is one of the keys to living an inspired life.
