Autorenporträt
Sherry Ruth is a retired teacher, coach, artist, and life-long competitive athlete who has utilized the power of positivity and affirmations in both her professional and personal lives. She was an All-American collegiate swimmer, a 1982 Kona World Championship Ironman Triathlon finisher, and the 1984 Ms. Pennsylvania State Bodybuilding Champion. She incorporated the benefits of a positive attitude while teaching and coaching since the mid-1970s. Believing that it is a life-changing thought process that anyone can learn, given proper direction and the opportunity for daily practice, she still utilizes its principles on a daily basis while enjoying a very physically active and purposeful retirement in Colorado.
