One year later Victory transitioned to a Chicago Heights location where, for the next 12 years, they experienced exponential growth. In February 2009, under the dynamic leadership of Pastor Singleton, the church transitioned to the current 12 acre, $20 million, 2500 seat sanctuary in Matteson IL.
