Brett Blumenthal is the internationally bestselling author of 52 Small Changes for the Mind, A Whole New You, 52 Small Changes: One Year to a Happier, Healthier You, and Get Real and STOP Dieting! She received her MBA, with a focus on Spa and Wellness, and Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University. She is certified by WELCOA (Wellness Council of America) and AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America). She lives in North Carolina with her family. Danielle Shea Tan is a functional family nutritionist and mother of two young boys. She was driven to start working with families just three months postpartum after seeing fellow moms struggle with putting their newborns on acid reflux medications for conditions where nutrition and lifestyle adjustments should be first line therapy. Through her clinical practice, she supports families privately, leads group classes in person and virtually and presents to parents and childcare providers on a variety of nutrition and wellness topics from prenatal/postnatal nutrition, picky eating, food and mood, keeping children healthy in the winter and more.
