Robert Wagner is a partner with HoganTaylor LLP where he leads the firm's Advisory Services practice. Robert has more than 30 years of experience as a CFO and M&A advisor. His experience includes working with public companies, middle market privately-held companies, and in public accounting. This book reflects his lessons learned in evaluating, negotiating, and closing transactions between companies and in doing the hard work of integrating acquired operations. Robert is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he lives with his wife, Pam. The Wagners have been married more than 39 years and are blessed with nine children who have enriched their lives beyond measure.
