What random objects or information crossed your path today? Why were you the one to find them? Life is full of ordinary things: earthworms, pebbles, pennies on the sidewalk. Mostly, I pass them by without notice. But when I pause to wonder, 'What can I learn?' or 'How might I put this to good use?' I find these humble crumbs transformed. My daily route is lined with powerful teachers and cheerleaders! Seen with new eyes, they remind me: I am not alone. My life has value and purpose. Deep and real friendship is open to me. My heartbreak can be healed. Even in a dark, disintegrating world, I can have hope. I call them keepsakes, these diamonds-in-the-rough. In this book you will find 58 of them. Read it like a treasure map. Wander at will. Be encouraged.
