This book contains a total of 600+ MCQs with answers covering all the important chapters including dairy products, beverages, food additives, adulterants, and contaminants, artificial food colourants, vitamins, oils and fats, soaps and detergents, chemical and renewable energy sources and polymers. I hope that this book will be of immense help to future students worldwide. Moreover, this book will be a perfect guide for practising MCQs for competitive examinations.Despite my best efforts, some errors might have crept in unintentionally. Suggestions from all readers irrespective of teachers and students for the improvement of the book will be highly respected.
