Tony Yuile is a certified life coach, registered clinical hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner. He lives in Wellington, New Zealand. Tony is passionate about helping people develop the life skills they need to perform at their best under pressure, minimize the stress and anxiety in their lives and enhance their resilience. Prior to life coaching, Tony spent 30 years in the corporate world as an accountant and a risk management specialist. He was secure and happy in his career until thrown a curve ball - redundancy, something he was totally unprepared for. Suddenly he found himself in the vicious grip of stress and anxiety. When he finally emerged from beneath the black cloud, he promised himself he would never feel so dreadful again and set out to discover as much as he could about stress and anxiety. He spent three years studying modern psychology. Wanting to share what he'd learned with others, he trained to be a life coach. He has developed a solution-focused approach based on proven, practical, evidence-based strategies and techniques. Tony no longer spends his days balancing numbers, preferring instead to help people achieve balance and greater fulfilment in their lives.
