Partha Pratim Basu, is a Professor at the Department of International Relations, Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He received his PhD from University of Calcutta, and was a recipient of the Fulbright Visiting Lecturer Award at Louisville University, USA. Tanwir Arshed, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science, Presidency, University, Kolkata. He received his PhD from University of North Bengal and was a recipient of the SUSI Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts, USA.
