Camille Watson began her lifelong study of nutrition and healthy living over thirty years ago as she earned her degree in Nutrition. Her personal health adventures with celiac and food allergies made her realize the value of having an informed advocate, and has given her a heart for helping others navigate the sometimes confusing maze of information. Today she teaches individuals and groups how to restore their own health through delicious whole foods and lifestyle transformations. Camille serves clients as a health coach, speaker, teacher, and author. Her philosophy embraces the wisdom that excellent health depends on a return to real foods and life-affirming practices. Her approach is not a quick-fix diet, but a step-by-step program to better understand the principles that lead to wholeness and health.
