While transmitting an image we have to reduce the size of the image in order to decrease the time needed to transmit the image. There are so many compression methods have been introduced to compress the image but exact image can recover by lossless compression technique. Here introduced a new lossless compression technique which even better reduces the entropy there by reducing the average number of bits with the utility of Non Binary Huffman coding through the use of 2N approach. The 2N approach proposed through our new approach can be largely utilized for all other encoding schemes for images.
