In his articles, Dr. Effarah keeps pressing for more Arab-American participation in the political process, for more transparency, and for creating an Arab American balanced policy to reach Americans and convince them that there are special interest groups and influential lobbyists' in Washington, D.C. who misinform media trying to spin around while holding to the fabricated Israeli's points of view. The articles represent a journal of recorded events on a weekly basis dealing with policies and events that took place by covering Arab Americans'' interpretations of the American leadership''s declared policies in the Middle East.
