Autorenporträt
From writing his first book, 'A Brief Guide to Going Bald', a collection of tips to help those losing their hair, James Silverthorne has now written his second book, 'The Sausage with the Super Bark'.This will be his first foray into children's literature, one that he hopes to continue. Based on his dog Ernie, the story is about making sure your voice is heard, and speaking up for those who need help. Ernie was James' first dog, having grown up with cats, and the experience was one that inspired him to write this book.James has always enjoyed teaching and trying to influence the younger generation. He briefly worked as a basketball coach, and would assist in teaching P.E. lessons with his uncle and, years later, he qualified to become a driving instructor to help those succeed in reaching their driving goals.By publishing this book, and having Ernie be the focus, James is hoping to spread a positive message that will resonate with a younger audience.
