Fernando S. Aranda is a freelance writer and holds a bachelor's degree in finance, an executive MBA, and a master's in psychology. He served in the United States Air Force and has worked in the insurance and banking industry for over seventeen years. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Corporation for the City of Converse, Texas, and taught English as a second language for two years. Fernando's parents are from Mexico and moved to the United States. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and is married and has two children. Some of his pastimes include collecting antiques, taking long scenic drives and staying at the Texas Hill Country.
