Artist Richard Weatherly's work as a painter, passionate conservationist and environmentalist has been recognized by an Order of Australia Medal and awards such as the Whitley, Australia's highest zoological award. During his fifty years as a professional artist, commissions have taken Richard from Antarctica to Canada; he has exhibited internationally and his work is held in collections around the world. Richard has also worked as a biologist, merino studmaster and revegetation consultant.
