Agriculture is the most important sector which can provide us a sustainable growth without affecting the environment. Placing seed into the soil is most proliferative action and directly affect the population, growth of crops and indirectly affects the production. The use of modern engineering technology i.e. modified seed drill provides better option for placing seeds at desired place and at desired depth. But the cost of those seed drills is not that much favorable for developing countries and where adequate animal power is available. The book entailed A Bullock Drawn Ground Nut Seed Drill for Developing Nations - Development and Performance Evaluation provides basic information about bullock/animal drawn seed drill which particularly designed for ground nut to place nuts at right spacing (Plant to plant and row to row). The book is divided in to six chapters: Introduction, Review of literature, Materials and methods, Results and discussion, Summary and conclusion, and suggestions for future work. The book will be helpful to agriculture engineers, manufactures which are involved in the manufacturing of seed drill/ planters, and researchers.
