Morris Williams is a retired elementary resource teacher. He has a bachelor's degree from Morgan State University and a master's degree in early childhood from Towson State University, with Plus-30 credits from Northwestern State University. Morris is a born-again Christian dedicated to his church service, learning and living God's Word. He is married with two daughters, five grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
