The Dutch government introduced a new state commission to find out how to protect their low land country in the long run for the global warming and in particular the expected increasing water level. Their plan aims to avoid future disasters, secure safety, and emphasize opportunities. To boost the Dutch economy the "Delta project" formed a part of their investment plans. Due to the lack of public resources it is impossible to finance a Dutch coastal/offshore development. To get the project Future Dutch Coastline' funded a business case is needed that fits for every investor. Implementation of the right value drivers will help driving up the value, which eventually lead to investments and more profit for its investors. This research identifies the value drivers for the development of the future Dutch coastline, which can create awareness for private investors. It forms a solid base and insight view how to create a preferable business case that suits the intended private investors.
