Kathleen Tresemer was born and raised in Chicagoland; she now lives in the rural Midwest near the Illinois/Wisconsin border. She's earned degrees from NIU and Nova Southeastern University, enjoying careers in both social services and professional writing.Tresemer was co-founder of In Print Professional Writers Organization, while earning awards for her fiction and leading workshops for new writers.
