The celtic history of a group of parishes, Whitland, Cyffig, Clunderwen and Llandysilio in west Wales between the end of the Roman Occupation and the beginning of the Middle Ages. Looking at the effect of the Roman occupation, the coming of an Irish line of kings that found the basis of Wales as a nation, the influence on the area of the age of the saints in Wales and the coming of Cistercian Monasticism.
