Iris Gray Dowling, a Southeastern Pennsylvania freelance writer, has been active in Education for over 60 years (25+years in public schools, 29+ as homeschool advisor, 45 years as Junior Church teacher), as well as teaching Vacation Bible School, Sunday school, and Church Bible clubs since her teen years. Iris has a B.S. and M.Ed. from West Chester University. She has traveled and visited Entomology and Butterfly Museums in some foreign countries over the years. Iris has published more than 2000 poems, puppet skits, short plays, monologues, church programs, fiction and nonfiction stories, rebus stories, teaching articles, nature articles, and puzzles in a variety of publications. Some are recorded in collections, but many are lost in the archives of various companies. It is Iris's desire to encourage others to submit their talents to the Lord and watch what He can do through them. (Philippians 4:13)
