My father Daniel J. Harty was born in Barre, Massachusetts on February 26, 1929 an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed fishing and trapping and was passionate about saving our environment. During one of my visits in 1999 we drove and meandered around his memory lanes of Barre. He stated, "Nothing has changed much from my childhood memories; with the exception of paved roads." Rosie's determined spirit, unwavering faith, incredible endurance and courage brings family, friends, and community together in circle with the sole intention and purpose to co-create and help the Achtmeyers in any way they are able.
