Autorenporträt
Mike Stefanick is a retired Colonel and a retired Superintendent of Schools. Mike has a Bachelors Degree in Math-Education, a Masters Degree in Counseling, and a Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility. He is also a graduate of the US Army's Command and General Staff College. The author has had numerous leadership and management positions. He has had a vast amount of experiences and has worked with adults and children at all age levels and from all walks of life. Many of his positions required him to be primarily responsible for discipline. Mike is also a recipient of the Konrad Lindenberg Memorial Award for his efforts in promoting parent involvement in schools and a recipient of the Leadership for Learning Award by the American Association of School Administrators for his effective style of leadership. Mike is a father, son and grand father. He has 4 children and 6 grand children. Three of his children have a Master's Degree and the 4th has a Bachelor's Degree. Mike is very proud of all his children. All his children are in well respected professions and are doing very well.
