Autorenporträt
Professor Ouele is a teacher as well as a consultant in education. He holds a Ph.D. in education. He holds two master's degrees: the first one in philosophy and the second one in special education. He also holds two bachelor's degrees: one in business administration and another one in education. He has been a teacher since 1992. He has taught various subjects at all grade levels in general education, in various countries. He switched to special education for two reasons: first, students with disabilities need more help, and he wanted to dedicate most of his time to supporting them; second, he is physically impaired. He always uses his own example as a successful person with impairment to motivate his students. He has a clear understanding of the challenges the school system is undergoing. For him, the educational system is collapsing and needs urgent therapy.Professor Ouele is the author of several books, among them Beyond Stairs (or Au-delà des escaliers) - which will soon be made into a movie. Professor Ouele is also a musician and the author-composer of several albums. He is, finally, an activist. He fights for a fairer world and considers himself as the voice of the voiceless.
