Gerson Moreno-Riaño, Ph.D. (1999) in Political Science, University of Cincinnati, is an associate professor of government at Regent University (USA). His more recent publications include the co-authored The Prospect of Internet Democracy (Ashgate, 2009) and the edited The World of Marsilius of Padua (Brepols, 2006). Cary J. Nederman, Ph.D. (1983) in Social and Political Thought, York University (Toronto), is Professor of Political Science at Texas A&M University (USA). He has published extensively on the history of Western political thought from antiquity to the Renaissance, including the recent book Lineages of European Political Thought: Explorations along the Medieval/Modern Divide from John of Salisbury to Hegel (Catholic University of America Press, 2009)
