Chuka CHUKWUBE studied Russian language and Literature at the University of Ibadan and the famous Pushkin Institute of Russian Language, Moscow. He holds a Doctorate degree in Russian Studies from the University of Ibadan and lecturers at the University of Lagos.Chukwube has written substantial number of articles both locally and internationally.
