DR. Owolabi Babatunde Oluwaseyi was born and raised in the Surulere, Lagos State, Nigeria. He lives in Ogbomoso, Oyo State and works as a University Lecturer at the Federal University of Technology Akure. He has a broad research experience and holds a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning.
